Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1 day of course purchase and before accessing more than 10% of the course content. If any significant portion of the course is consumed, cancellation may not be accepted.
Refunds will only be provided if the course is found to be non-functional, inaccessible, or significantly different from the description.
Any such issues must be reported within 1 day of purchase by contacting our support team.
Refunds are not applicable if you have completed a major portion of the course or downloaded a significant part of the material.
No refunds will be provided for change of mind or personal reasons after purchase.
Courses offered at discounted rates or promotional offers are non-refundable.
In case of technical issues, broken video links, or missing files, please report them to our support team. We will aim to resolve the issue or provide alternate access.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2 working days and credited back to your original payment method.
